Tensile Testing Machine
Apart from the above RTFPL has tensile testing machines for checking the tenacity of tapes, fabric and belts.

General Quality Control

At every stage of manufacturing RTFPL has installed QC checks for any fabric defects, printing defects, stitching defects, dimensions and cleanliness. Every individual Jumbo Bags, FIBC & Bulk bags manufactured is inspected by qualified and experienced inspectors.

A sample of about 5%-10% is again inspected by an independent QC inspector for all the parameters from the final lot before despatch from the factory.

Each bag sent to the customer has a tracking code number to help PPPL track the bag and the source of the problem, if any.
